About the Author
John A. Cameron is a retired police detective from Great Falls, Montana. His career in law enforcement began in 1979. He retired in 2005 as a sergeant of detectives, working cold cases. He has worked on FBI serial killer task forces, catching ritualistic child cannibal killer, Nathan Bar-Jonah. His cases have been featured on America's Most Wanted, Dateline NBC, and he co-produced the Most Evil-True TV series.

Interesting, but often Impossible to Believe

I really go back and forth on this book a lot. On one hand, it is not very well written at all (Cameron isn't really a writer, so he should probably be forgiven for that). On the other hand, I found it intensely interesting and couldn't really put it down. Some of the primary materials, including letters written by Edwards, are curiously odd and sometimes terrifying. There is a lot in this book that seems impossible to believe (such as the Ramsey and Hoffa claims), but there are also connections that you can't really deny (such as the fact that Edwards actually did know Jimmy Hoffa quite well).

Most people who will read this book will be those curious about the case that Edwards was the Zodiac. I don't know if he was or not, but Cameron shows several similarities Edward E shares with Zodiac that none of the other "suspects" do: 1) We know Edwards was a serial killer who often targeted couples, 2) We know that Edwards liked to write letters to newspapers and the police and that he bragged about his crimes through media outlets, and 3) We have documentation of Edwards claiming to know the identity of Zodiac.

Other stuff seems more dubious. It's hard to say for sure that Edwards was even in California at the time when Zodiac was active. Aside from that, Cameron connects him to *so many* high profile cases that you can get the sneaking suspicion that it's over sensationalized to hype the book. I don't really know what I think, but it's worth a read, in any case.

Hiding in plain view

January 1956 the police found the body of a missing girl on my dad's land but they never found the killer. If they had maybe the families of the victims of the Zodiac killer, Jon Benet's family, and many others would not be experiencing the never-ending pain the Kalitske and Bogle families have suffered. Had members of law enforcement looked right under their noses...but how many times did Edward Wayne Edwards escape detection? According to John A. Cameron, cold case detective and author, too many. In true crime fashion, It's Me attempts to decipher the convoluted path Edward Wayne Edward's life took. Could it be true that one man is responsible for so many untimely deaths including the Atlanta child murders in the 1980s? Though disputed by some, law enforcement hasn't solved these crimes. I couldn't put the book down until I finished reading 400 pages complete with newspaper articles, letters, and other documents that seem to substantiate John A. Cameron's claims. Will Edward Wayne Edwards be tried for these crimes? Unfortunately, not; he died of natural causes at age 77 in 2011.

This is nothing but hooey

I grew up in Great Falls so when I heard about this book I had to buy it. Setting aside that this is a poorly written (who writes and talks about themselves in the 3rd person?) and edited book that reads like “See Jane Run!” I gave it a try. I was only a few months old when Kalitzke and Bogle were murdered, but like everyone in GF I knew about them. Cameron outlined very convincingly that there is a strong case that Edwards likely murdered this young couple. He’s probably good for the three Oregon murders as well. His case for Edwards being the Zodiac Killer is compelling, though I’m not really sold yet. That said, when Cameron goes off on the tangent blaming Edwards for every sensational murder that happened in the 1940s and 1950s, well his credibility is totally gone. I cannot even begin to believe that a 13-14 year old boy dissected the Black Dahlia with such surgical precision that there were no scapel nicks on her bones and then drained her of blood. And the way he has him driving here and there committing one heinous murder after another but making it back to point A in no time at all. These murders took place before the interstate highway system people! And finally, JonBenet Ramsey - Puhleeze!! I’m surprised he didn’t blame him for the Lizzie Borden murders. Unless you like to read fantasy then skip this book.

Ground-breaking history of a new field!!

I wrote this as a comment to another reviewer but felt the need to add my comments as a brief review as well: This book is SUCH a remarkable accomplishment, that by contrast certain flaws barely register by comparison. This is a serious book, the only one of its kind that covers the depth and breadth its subject's history. It's a scholarly work and not a casual read. If it's the previously unformulated story you're interested in, then you won't be able to put it down. It does have images providing illustrations of particular examples discussed in the book - one's well worth the ink as they are unfamiliar. Yes, in an ideal world there would colorful sequences or a DVD of actual work, but we're in the flawed litigious world where copyrights trump the historical record.

Very informative but dense

As the first book written on the history of motion graphics, I expected it to be better.

As a book written in only a few weeks, it's impressive; it's packed with so much information about the history of motion graphics. However, the way it's written is so dense and heavy. It seems it would've been more successful if there were more accompanying visuals or a disc with the works he was talking about. There are a lot of spelling and grammatical errors, which bug me a lot when I read books. This isn't an article that I'm reading online. If I buy a physical book, I expect it to have been proofread before being printed.

It's not a bad book. If you want to learn about the history of motion graphics, go for it, but it'll easily put you to sleep.

Darkshine Prince

This book was absolutely phenomenal. From the first page to the last this books holds you captured with the wonderful story line and the amazing chemistry between the main characters. It's a story of forbidden love between a vampire and a human and what they go through to be together. Gaijryc who is a prince among the vampires who has claimed the world as their own meets Helina who is suffering from her own tragic loss and is alone in the world. When these to come together its sweet and also heartbreaking because he wants her for his mate but knows that it is not allowed and she finally opens her heart and trust him but circumstances and rules keeps them apart. Their is a wonderful array of secondary characters that makes me hope that Jenika continues this story and make it a series. It was definitely different from what I normally read by her but definitely one of my favorites and if you love paranormal definitely check this book out it's so good.

WOW!!! I can say I have never read a book from Jenika Sbow that I have not like... Frailty is one of those as well.
Exceptional story I couldn't stop reading.This was gritty and raw. I love reading about Vampires and lord a prince at that Jenika did not disappoint.
And the names she used are amazing so different. Who does not want to read about a forbidden love? You will not be disappointed with this book as well as the her others!

All I can say is wow! If you like a story about vampires and forbidden love this is the book to read. The love between Gaijric and Helina is beautiful and sexy. I love the way Jenika Snow writes about her characters in details. The drama and the suspense from this book is awesome. I loved it!! I recommend this book 100%

Former Contrafilms Director of Development, Gitty Daneshvari is the author of the adult novel The Makedown. My ten year old daughter loved this book!

This is an excellent book for you child grades 4-7. It has an engaging plot that keeps kids reading. It is suspenseful so kids have a hard time putting the book down (which is wonderful!!): Got this as an e-book and had it sent to my daughter's Ipod (she had already downloaded the Kindle Reading App). Everything worked seamlessly in connection with her being able to download and access the book. I really don't think you can go wrong with this book!

A thrilling read with unexpected surprises!

In This Book, five friends must stop Sylvie Montgomery (a reporter) from publishing an article about the existence of the School Of Fear; along with the school's and their own personal secrets. With only 3 weeks, they have to work as fast as possible or will they fail to save the School of Fear?
I think this is a good book because it is funny, thrilling and a good way to end the trilogy. I hope to see the author continue the series and write about their adventures and experiences as counselors next.I recommend this book to other readers. I thought this book was a little bit like 'The Mysterious Benedict Society'. In both books, each character has a talent to help them through the biggest journey of their lives yet.
The author, Gitty Daneshvari, has an interesting style of introducing the reader to a new phobia at the start of each chapter. Part of the ending was a bit unpredictable, I was expecting more. Be sure to read the first two books in this trilogy, or it will be a little confusing.
